We invite you to Feel, Express, Move ,Release, Celebrate.  We meet at the beautiful Art Keizen Lisboa. We meet as one tribe to relate from a truer space, with pain, joy, authenticity, with whatever emotions and blockages want to be integrated, seen, released, healed.

Shankari will hold the space and help to connect to the plant medicine of Mama Cacao which opens the door into your heart, calling you from within to remember the Nature, the Mother Earth and yourself as not separate from them and from others. Polarny will guide us into a musical journey filled with tropical and tribal vibes that he brings from the Afro-Latin cultures and transmits onto us.

Shankari is a yoga teacher and sound therapist. She spent over a year in Mexico learning with a local curandero. She follows and shares Mooji's teaching about Self discovering. She offers individual and group sessions with sound and cacao. | SoundHealing on YouTube

Polarny is a music producer, DJ and guide. He lives & creates in Brazil and Latin America. Known for creating hypnotizing tropical journeys blending together genres and cultures. He is travelling thorugh Portugal on his Spring Ecstatic Tropical Tour. | Conscious Dance Sessions on SoundCloud
